Product Details
1. Automated Blood Group Testing
BLOZER 72 is designed for automated blood grouping and transfusion testing using Microcolumn Gel Test technology. It supports routine blood grouping as well as reverse grouping, phenotyping, crossmatching and antibody screening.
2. Automated Sample Processing
The system integrates sampling, incubation, centrifugation and result interpretation into one automated workflow. A robotic arm handles the testing process, reducing manual intervention and helping improve workflow consistency.
3. Gel Card Incubation & Centrifugation
The system provides 12 incubation positions and a 12-card centrifuge. Incubation temperature is controlled at 60°C ±0.1°C, while centrifugation can reach up to 3,000 rpm.
4. High-Resolution Result Interpretation
BLOZER 72 uses an image acquisition and interpretation system based on CCD and backlight technology. Test images can be automatically acquired and interpreted, with results stored for later review and traceability.
5. Laboratory Information Connectivity
The software supports bi-directional LIS/HIS connection, real-time operating-status monitoring, abnormal-condition alerts and storage of testing information such as sample numbers, reagent information, results, operators and testing time.
