1. High-Throughput Chemiluminescence Testing
The CL-8000i is designed for high-volume immunoassay laboratories, providing throughput of up to 500 tests per hour. Its continuous sample and reagent loading functions help maintain workflow efficiency during extended operation.
2. VU-Mix Mixing Technology
The VU-Mix system combines vortex and ultrasound mixing. Ultrasound cavitation helps remove nonspecific substances and reduce fibrin-related interference, supporting more stable immunoassay results.
3. FS-Sampling Technology
FS-Sampling (Full Scene Sampling) automatically recognizes different sample containers and abnormal liquid levels, including bubbles and liquid films. The system provides intelligent warnings to help reduce aspiration errors.
4. Flexible Reagent Management
The analyzer provides 36 refrigerated reagent positions with continuous reagent loading and real-time magnetic-particle mixing. Reagents are maintained at 2–8°C, while the system supports reagent packs containing 50 or 100 tests.
5. Intelligent Workflow
The CL-8000i supports automatic sample dilution, continuous cuvette loading, barcode-based reagent management and rapid handling of urgent samples. It can also be integrated with Mindray's BS-2800M and total laboratory automation systems.
