Product Details
1. Integrated ELISA Workflow
ADC ELISA 190 combines pipetting, washing, incubation and optical reading within a single benchtop platform, reducing the need for multiple standalone instruments.
2. Flexible System Configuration
The system supports either an open or closed configuration, providing flexibility for different laboratory workflows and reagent requirements.
3. Automated Sample Processing
The workstation accommodates up to 120 samples and uses disposable tips to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Liquid-level and clot monitoring further support automated sample handling.
4. Integrated ELISA Plate Processing
The system provides two plate positions and a 16-channel washing system. Washing volume can be adjusted from 50 to 1000 μL per well, with residual volume of ≤1 μL/well.
5. Multi-Wavelength Optical Detection
ADC ELISA 190 uses an 8-channel silicon photodiode detection system with a tungsten halogen lamp. Its 340–750 nm wavelength range and standard 405/450/492/630 nm filters support common ELISA optical measurements.
6. Software & Barcode Management
The workstation features intuitive software for operating and managing ELISA workflows. An automated barcode scanner is available as an optional configuration.
