Product Details
The Mindray SAL 6000 is an integrated clinical chemistry and chemiluminescence immunoassay platform designed for high-volume laboratories. It combines the BS-800 chemistry system, CL-2000i immunoassay system and SPL 1000 sample processing system into a unified workflow.
The integrated configuration allows chemistry and immunoassay tests to be performed from the same sample tube, reducing manual aliquoting and simplifying laboratory workflow. The SPL 1000 provides automated rack distribution and supports rapid handling of STAT, auto-rerun and reflex tests.
The chemistry module uses a dual-lens and dual-diaphragm optical system, while the immunoassay module uses optimized PMT technology. High-precision aspiration incorporates liquid-level, clot and bubble detection, with automatic collision recovery to support stable operation.
The system also incorporates enhanced probe washing, cuvette and mixer cleaning, reagent temperature control and complete traceability. These functions are intended to reduce carry-over and improve consistency in high-throughput laboratory testing.
