1. High-Precision HPLC HbA1c Testing
H50P uses High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), a reference analytical method for HbA1c testing. It is designed to provide reliable separation and measurement of HbA1c and other hemoglobin fractions, with CVs below 1%.
2. Comprehensive Hemoglobin Analysis
The analyzer reports HbA1c, HbF, HbA1 and estimated average glucose (eAG). HbA1c results can be reported in both % and mmol/mol, while eAG is available in mmol/L and mg/dL.
3. Flexible Testing Modes
H50P supports Standard Mode and HbE Mode, allowing laboratories to select the appropriate testing workflow. It also supports whole-blood and prediluted sampling.
4. Automated Sample Handling
The system features a 40-tube random-access autoloader and closed-tube sampling for STAT testing. Intelligent tube-rack recognition and RF technology for reagent information help simplify routine operation.
5. Long-Life HPLC Column
The analytical column is designed for easy replacement and long service life. Published technical materials indicate a capacity of at least 3,000 tests, while some later distributor materials specify up to 6,000 tests depending on the column/version.
