Lepgen-96 features an open 96-well design and supports 0.2 mL PCR tubes, 8-tube strips and 96-well microplates.

The system provides four standard fluorescence channels and two customizable channels, supporting up to six fluorescence signals.
3. Fast Thermal Control
Its semiconductor thermoelectric module delivers heating and cooling rates of up to 6.0°C/s, with accurate and uniform temperature control.
4. Advanced Optical System
The LED light source and side-lighting technology improve fluorescence acquisition efficiency and detection consistency between wells.
5. Flexible Molecular Analysis
The system supports qualitative and quantitative analysis, genotyping, endpoint analysis and melting-curve analysis.
